Spring Track / Ladies 4/22 Woodbury Relays Re...
Last post by Nick - April 29, 2023, 08:05:19 AM
Here are the results of today's Woodbury Relays. As the biggest relay meet of the season for us for all South Jersey schools, it is the premier event to showcase our abilities in the relays. We are pleased to report that we had an immensely successful showing at the relays today! Not only did we have some huge season's best (including an almost 2 second improvement in the 4x100!) and were able to take home some hardware for a 3rd place finish in the DMR and a 5th place finish in the 4x800, but more importantly we developed our confidence as individuals and as a team and are more sure of our abilities which will take us to amazing heights this season! Keep this feeling close at hand and close at heart because this is what will give us amazing things this year! Well done, ladies!

Here are the results of today's Crusader Frosh/Novice Invitational on our home turf. For many teams present today the scorching weather was very problematic and made for some challenging running conditions...especially those races early on in the program of the meet. That being said, we not only were about to tough out a great effort despite such conditions but we were able to have PRs in all of our races! Well done, ladies! It is fantastic to have such great PRs in such not very nice conditions! You have successfully kicked off for us what will ultimately be a fantastic weekend of racing!
