Nick

Here are the results of today's Don Danser Relays. The other coaches and myself are incredibly proud of you all for such incredible efforts today! Typically first meets for all teams are filled with plenty of hiccups and frustrations, but today you all competed at an incredibly high level for this point of the season in a day that was filled with many PRs and multiple medals awarded! More importantly, all these performances were achieved with such a positive mental attitude and there was lots of encouragement, cheering of fellow athletes, and overall excitement in performances...that's an incredible foundation for a team culture that not only will have an incredible season, but also one which will give lots of joy and happiness! Let's keep the momentum going strong!

And a big, big thank you to your parents as well for their support of you and the program and for all of their help in helping set up and break down our tent and meeting area. It is greatly appreciated!

Congratulations again to you all!!
