Here are today's results from the Deptford Spartan Relays. Despite a small number of participants, we nevertheless put out a very strong effort filled with amazing results, many PRs, and a very convincing silver medal! We have some very strong momentum going into our first dual  meet against PVI for the conference title. Outstanding job again, ladies!!
