Here are the results from this morning's Bob Kiessling Invitational at Dream Park. With a much drier course than the bog-like conditions from the last race, the conditions were nearly perfect for some top performances (especially after 2 extremely well executed workouts for the week). This meet has usually been our peak for fastest times of the season and today was certainly no exception! Every runner who toed the line either had season's best and the overwhelming majority of runners achieved their personal bests! Everybody ran courageously and with a focused goal to beat Wilberforce...and we indeed came ahead of Wilberforce by 6 points!! Outstanding job, boys!! We are at the point where we are filing on all cylinders and we are looking in top shape for the NPB State Championships next week! Let's keep the fun and momentum going!!

Here are the results from this afternoon's Baker Invitational at Pennypacker Park in Haddonfield. After many practice days at the park since way back in early July, it was finally our chance to compete on our home course. In past seasons this meet has always been the perfect environment for season's bests and PRs...and today was certainly no exception! Among all our runners today we achieve a major season best and 2 huge PRs! Congratulations, boys!! We look forward to seeing you have another great race this Saturday at Dream Park...well done to all!
